1. Digital Products
Sowseeds365 offers digital products that may include devotionals, prayer and reflection journals, Scripture cards, challenges, worksheets, printable pages, and other faith-based resources.
Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless a product description specifically states otherwise.
2. Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed during checkout before payment is submitted. Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors made available through our checkout system.
After successful payment, customers may receive access to their purchased digital materials through a confirmation or download page, email, or other electronic delivery method.
3. Digital Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to the device, software, and internet connection necessary to download and use purchased materials.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the copyright or intellectual-property rights to the purchaser.
7. Scripture Use
Sowseeds365 products may contain Scripture quotations from various Bible translations. Scripture references and translation designations are identified within the applicable products when appropriate.
8. Product Descriptions and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our digital products and the materials included with each purchase. Product designs, packaging, bonus materials, and availability may be updated from time to time.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sowseeds365 provides its devotional and faith-based materials for personal encouragement, reflection, education, and spiritual growth. These materials are not intended to replace professional legal, financial, medical, mental-health, or other professional advice.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sowseeds365 will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of its digital products.
